Blueberry Beginning

We know all about green smoothies by now, yes? Well, I’m starting a new trend: the blue smoothie. This blue smoothie is filled with tender blueberries, refreshing mint, cleansing chia seeds, and creamy banana – simple and sweet for your new beginning. And some non-dairy yogurt for a burst of probiotics.

Ingredients

1 cup fresh blueberries

1 frozen banana

1 cup vanilla soy milk

2 Tbsp chopped mint leaves

1 tsp chia seeds (optional)

½ cup ice

boost it: 2-3 Tbsp non-dairy yogurt

Directions

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend from low to high until smooth.

YIELD: 1 serving
