Pig-Friendly Bacon Recipes for National Pig Day

It’s no secret that people are obsessed with bacon. The good news is, you don’t have to eat pigs to enjoy all of the smoky, salty flavor. In fact, you can make bacon out of just about anything. Here we present five of our favorite versions, made from coconut, mushrooms, tofu, tempeh, and seitan.
